Martha Mitchell< no role > Aged about Seventy five Years on her
Oath Says she is the Widow of William Mitchell< no role > who has been dead
about Six Years ago and with whom she intermarried at the
Parish Church of Saint Paul Shadwell London on the 14th day
of Novr 1735 and by whom she has Two Children (now
provided for) says her said Husband Rented and lived in
a House in Bennetts Court in the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the Liberty of Westminster about Seven Years and
Paid Land Tax due for the same has Quitted the said
House about Twelve Years ago and after Quitting the same
he never rented House or Tenement of Ten Pounds a Year
Paid Taxes or any otherwise gained any other subsequent
Settlement, nor hath this Examinant since her said Husband
Death.
