Mary Upton< no role > Aged about Seventy Years, on her Oath Says,
she Intermarried with Joseph Upton< no role > at the Parish Church of Saint
Bennetts London , about Thirty Nine Years ago, and who has been dead
about Twelve Years; Says that being a Widow and without Child
or Children, She lived a hired Yearly Servant with her brother
in Law Thomas Oliver< no role > , at the Swan in Butcher Row , Temple
Bar , in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes , in the Liberty of
Westminster , for Two Years and upwards at the Yearly Wages
of five Pounds, and after leaving her said Service she hath
never gained any other Subsequent Settlement.
