to wit Elizabeth Latham< no role > Aged about Thirty Seven Years
on her Oath Says she Intermarried with her late Husband
Charles Latham< no role > at the Parish Church of Saint Martin in
the Fields about Sixteen Years Ago and who has been dead
about Three Months Says she has Two Children now living
by her said late Husband Namely Henry< no role > Aged upwards of
Eight Years and Thomas< no role > aged upwards of five Years Says
that her said late Husband as he has often Informed her lived
as a hired Yearly Servant with one Benjamin Sedgley< no role > at the
Ship and Anchor Temple Bar in the Parish of St. Clement Danes upwards of One Year but at what
Wages cannot say and after quitting that Service he went to her
with one Mr. Marr a Hatter the Corner of Arundel Street in the
Strand in the said Parish of St. Clement Danes and lived with him
upwards of Two Years at the Yearly Wages of Six Pounds besides
Diet and Lodgings as she believes And after quitting the said Mr. Marrs service
he hired himself and went to live with one Mr. Morry weather [..]
Haberdasher in Hatts in the Parish of Saint Edmunds the King
Lombard Street London at the Yearly Wages of fifteen pounds and
served his said Master accordingly for that time and received
Wages agreeable thereto But says that this Examinant intermarried
with her said late Husband about Six Months after he went to
live with the said Mr. Merryweather on where Marriage or seven
afterwards her said Husband with his Masters Consent took Lodging
in Nicholas Lane in the Parish of St. Nicholas Acons where he Continued
to lodge till the time he left his said Master which is about Eight Years
ago since which time he never Rented House or otherwise gained any
subsequent Settlement.
