she never was married and that she lived a Yearly Servant
with Mr. Henry Clark< no role > Victualer at the George & Vulture near
Griffin Street in Shadwell in the Parish of St. Paul at Shadwell
in the County of Middlesex for one Year & upwards at the Yearly
Wages of Four pounds and left her sd. Service about 4 Years
ago & has not since rented Ten pounds a Year paid Parish
Taxes lived a yearly Servant for one Year or otherwise
gained a Settlement in Any other Place to her knowledge
or belief And this Examinant further upon her Voluntary
Oath saith that she is pregnant with Child or Children
which is likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards & to become
Chargeable to the parish of St. Clemt. Danes (where she now Lodges)
she being poor & unable to maintain the same when born
and that William Dennis< no role > Upholsterer did beget
the sd. bastard Child or Children on her body the said William
Dennison
< no role > having had carnal knowledge of this Examinant
several times in the months of April & May last at one
of which times he got her with Child of the sd. bastard Child or
Children with which she is now pregnant & that he the said
William Dennis< no role > & no other person is the true & real father thereof
