Joseph Taylor< no role > upon Oath saith he
lived in and rented a house in White house
Yard in the Parish of St Clement Danes in
the Liberty of Westmr . of the Yearly Rent of
£18 for the Space of twelve Years or
thereabouts and quitted the said house in
August last since which time he has
not rented Ten pounds a Year paid Parish
Taxes or otherwise gained a Settlemt. in
any other place to his knowledge or belief
and that he has no Annuity or Income
wherewith to maintain himself and is
in extreme low Circumstances & unable to
provide for himself without Assistance from
the Parish
