Moses Carr< no role > upon his Oath saith he
intermarried with his Wife Sarah Carr< no role > about
24 Years since at the Fleet London by whom
he hath 2 Children Mary< no role > aged about Sixteen &
Saml.< no role > aged about two Years Says his Father
John Carr< no role > served his time with a Mason in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex and never rented ten pounds a Year
paid Parish Taxes lived a Yearly Servant
or otherwise gained a Settlement in any other
Place and that he this Examinant never
was an Apprentice [..] rented
ten pounds a Year paid Parish Taxes or otherwise
gained a Settlement in any other Place to his
knowledge or beleif Says he was removed with
his sd. Wife & three Children from the Parish of
St. Saviour Southwark by an Order under the
hands & Seales of two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace for the County of Surry Dated the
4th. Day of Novr. 1737 which Order was not
appealed agt.
