Jane Jackson< no role > upon her Oath saith she
was never married & that she was delivered of
a Male Bastard Child on the 28th. Day of Janry
1744/5 in the house of Mrs. Evans in Crown Court
in the Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex which hath since been baptized
Richard< no role > & is now living & likely to become
Chargeable to the sd. Parish she being Poor &
unable to maintain the same and that
Richard Todd< no role > Haberdasher did begett
the sd. Male Bastard Child on her Body the
sd. Rd. Todd< no role > living a fellow Servt . with this
Examinant at Mr. Howes near the new
Church in the Strand Haberdasher there
became acquainted with her & had Carnall
knowledge of her Body in the Month of
April 1744 & at severall other times since
at one of which times he gott her with Child
of the sd. Male Bastard Child of which she
was delivered as aforesd. and that he the
sd. Richd. Todd< no role > & no other Person is the true &
reall Father thereof
