upwards upon her Oath saith that she
never was Married that she lived as anis the
legitimate Daughter of John Gilmour< no role > and
Mary< no role > his late Wife -that her said Father
Rented and Resided in a House Situate in Lumby's
Court in the parish of St. Martin in the Fields
in the Liberty of Westminster & Co of Middx
about two years at the Annual Rent of £12
or upwards that he quitted the same about
4 or 5 years ago and since hath not (by any)
[..] means) Acquired any legal Settlement
that she this Deponent hath never been
bound or served as an Apprentice hath never lived as
on hired yearly Servant for a twelve month under
one hiring nor done any other Act Matter or
thing Whereby she might acquire any legal
Settlement in her own Right
