to wit, Francis Bundy< no role > of John Street
Tottenham Court Road in the Parish of
Pancras in the County of Middlesex
upon his Oath saith that he was married
to Sarah< no role > his late Wife at the Parish
Church of Saint Dunstan's West in
the City of London
about two Years ago, and that his said
Wife died aboutfourthree Months ago,and
this Deponent further saith That he has
two Children by his said Wife vizt. Ann< no role >
aged one Year and ten Months or thereabouts
and Francis< no role > aged three Months or
thereabouts who were both of then
born in Lawful Wedlock and
that his said Wife being dead & he this
Examinant being out of Place &
Poor he is unable to provide for &
Maintain his said two Children who
are now with the Person who has
Nursed them for since time past in
Wych Street in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the County of
Middlesex and Liberty of Westminster
and Chargeable to the said Parish
of Saint Clement Danes And
this Examinant further on his
Oath saith that before his said
Intermarriage with his said late
wife and whilst he this Examinant
