Saint Clement Danes

Middlesex

(to Wit) William Fitzgerald< no role > Aged 75 Years or
thereabouts Upon his Oath Saith that he intermarried
with Mary Fitzgerald< no role > his present Wife at he parish
Church of Saint Mary le Strand in the County of
Middlesex that since their intermarriage they
Rented and lived in a House in Bennetts Court
Drury Lane in the parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex at the Yearly
Rent of Ten pounds for about Ten Years
that since whichThat he hath quitted said
House about 5 Years since which time he
has Lodged in Hemlock Court in the said
parish of Saint Clement Danes and that
he now Lodges in Clements Lane but
has notgained any other SettlementRented any Tenement
or Lodging of Ten pounds a Year
since liwing in Bennetts Court that
he has doneanyno Act matter or Thing
whereby he might have gained any
other Subsequent Settlement to the
best of his Knowledge information or
belief
