Saint Clement Danes

Middlesex

(to wit) Mary Jones< no role > aged Nineteen years
or thereabouts upon her Oath saith that she
never was married, rented House is Tenement
of the yearly Value of ten Pounds lived as
an hired yearly Servant for one year together
served as an Apprentice, paid any Taxes or
did any other Act Matter or Thing whereby
to the best of her Knowledge Information
or belief she may have acquired any
Settlement in her own Right and further
this Examinant saith that she was born
at Wingfield in the County of Bertis and
is, as she has been informed and verily
believes the illegitimate Child of Mary
CliftonTaylor
< no role > who afterwards married to Daniel Clifton< no role >
of Wingfield aforesaid and died about three
Months ago and this Examinant further saith
that she has been informed and believes that
her said Mother in her life time was examined
before a Magistrate and Same that this examined
was her Child and also to the Identity of this
Examinants Father.
