Saint Clement Danes

Middlesex

to wit George Thornborough< no role > aged about
74 Years upon his Oath saith That he lived as
a hired yearly Servant with Mr. Sampson at
the Black Dog in Drury Lane in the Parish of
Saint Giles in the fields in the County of
Middlesex for Three years and upwards at
at the yearly Wages of Eight Guineas that
he hath quitted said Service about Sixteen
years since which time he has not lived as
a hired yearly Servant for One year Rented
House Tenement or Lodging of Ten Pounds
a Year paid Taxes or done any Act to
gain a subsequent settlement


Sworn this 14th.
day of July 1789
