Saint Clement Danes

Middlesex

to wit Samuel Foster< no role > aged about
30 years upon his Oath saith that on the 15th.
day of January 1787 he Intermarried with
Ann< no role > his present Wife at the Parish Church
of Saint Philip at Birmingham and by
whom he hath one Child living vizt. Mary
Ann
< no role > aged about Eighteen Months That he
this Examinant was bound an Apprentice
to a Mr. James Petty< no role > a Smith in Bear Yard
Clare Markett for Seven years that after
he had served Five years of his said
Apprenticeship his said Master moved out
of Bear Yard to Great Wild Street in the
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the County
of Middlesex where this Examinant served
the remainder of his Apprenticeship and was
discharged that since he has left his said
Master he has not rented any house Tenement
or Lodging of Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes
or done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement
