to wit Benjamin Newman< no role > one of the Beadles
of the Parish of Saint Clement Danes on behalf of
Mary Smith< no role > aged about Ten years Thomas Smith< no role > aged about
Eight years and Richard Lewis< no role > Smith aged about four
years the Legitimate Children of Thomas Smith< no role > who
has deserted them Maketh Oath and saith that he has
been informed which Information he verily believes
to be true that the said Thomas Smith< no role > Rented a House
and Land in the Parish of the Holy Trinity in the City
of Coventry for about Six years at the yearly Rent
of Eighty Pounds and upwards that he hath quitted
said Premes about Six Months since which time
he has not Rented any Place of Ten Pounds a
year or done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
