to wit Susannah Petherick< no role > aged about 36 years
upon her Oath saith that in the year 1773 she
Intermarried with Walter Petherick< no role > her present
Husband at the Parish Church of St. Brides alias
Bridgett in the City of London and by whom she
hath one Child living vizt. Susanh.< no role > aged about 14
years That her said Husband Rented and lived in
a House in the Strand in the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the County of Middx for 2 years or
thereabouts at the yearly Rent of £40 and
upwards that he hath quitted said House about
11 years ago since which time he has not Rented
any House Tent. or Lodging of £10 a year or paid
Taxes or done any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement And further this Ext. upon her Oath
saith that her said Husband has deserted
and refuses to maintain her for 4 weeks last past
& that she this Ext. is poor & unable to maintain
herself & Child is therefore Obliged to Apply to the
Parish of St. Clement Danes for Relief
