her Present Husband at the parish Church of
Saint Mary Le Bone
that she has no Child or Children
living by her said Husband that her said Husband Rented and
lived in a House in
Carey Street
in the parish of Saint Clement
Danes
in the County of Middlesex
for 9 Months or thereabouts
at the yearly Rent of £20 & upwards that he hath quitted
said House about 16 Moths ago since which time her
said Husband has done no Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
And Further this Ext. saith that her said Husband has
deserted her and refuses to maintain her she being poor
and unable to maintain herself is therefore Obliged to Apply
to the said parish of Saint Clement Danes
for relief
Sworn this 30th.
