Elizabeth Athey< no role > aged forty five Years or
thereabouts upon her Oath saith
That she was Married to Pearce Athey< no role >
her now Husband at the Parish Church
of Ham in the County of Kent
stat before then Intermarriage her
said Husband lived as an hired
Yearly Servant with Doctr Herne
[..] Bow Street in the Parish of Saint
Paul Covent Garden in the County
of Middlesex at the Yearly Wages
of upwards of ten Pounds that
since he quitted the said Mr Herne's
Service he has not to this Deponents
Knowledge done any Act to gain a
Settlement elsewhere than in the
Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden
that she has three Children by
her said Husband Vizt. Susan< no role > aged
Eleven Years on thereabouts, Indeneas< no role >
aged Eight Years or thereabouts
and William< no role > aged seven Years
or thereabouts that her said
Husband has deserted her and her
said Children and that she is
Poor and unable to maintain
