his Oath says he Intermarried to Elizth.< no role > his late Wife
at the Parish Church of Saint James Bath in the
City of Bath about 16 years ago and died about 12
Months ago and by whom he has two Children
living Vizt. John< no role > aged about 20 years provided for
Lydia< no role > aged about 15 years unprovided for Says
that he never gained any Settlement in his own
Right Says that his Father Rented a House in
the Strand in the Parish of St. Clement Danes
for 30 years at the yearly Rent of Ten Pounds
& upwards hath quitted said House about 30 years
ago since which time he has done no Act Matter
or thing whereby to the best of his Knowledge
Information or belief he may have Gained
a Settlement elsewhere
