Holborn in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in
the County of Middlesex Carver and Gilder on the behalf
of Sarah Marshall< no role > Singlewoman his Sister now in
Lodging in Bennetts Court Drury Lane in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the said County of Middlesex
and so ill that she cannott Attend to be examined
upon his Oath saith that [..]

[..] the said Sarah Marshall< no role > never was Married Rented
House or Tenement of Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes for
any such was bound an Apprentice lived as a hired yearly
Servant for one year or did any other Act Matter or thing
whereby to the best of this Deponents Knowledge
Information or belief she may have Acquired any
Settlement in her own Right Saith that John Marshall< no role >
their Father is dead that in his life time he Rented and
lived in a House in Knightsbridge in the Parish of Saint
George Hanover Square in the County of Middlesex at the
yearly rent of £10 and upwards and paid Taxes for the
same for upwards of years and after he quitted such
House till the time of his Death did not nor did Sarah
Marshall
< no role > this Examinants Mother who Survived
the said John Marshall< no role > her Husband but is since
dead nor either of them Rent any other Tenement
of Ten Pounds Value Per Annum or pay any
Taxes
