she told one she, hid miscarried and had put
what came from her down the Water Clout, I then
told her that I was sury she could not true put
it down there I was of opinion it much have been a Child
of neat its full Growth, however for Satisfaction
a Carpenter and Bricklayer were sent for
who searched but found nothing of the kind
About four o' Clock in the afternoon Mrs. he
Ray sent for me again and informed me that
from after I went away she went into Elizabeth
Giggs Bed Chamber and found the after
Birth of a Child in the Chamber pot cendor
her Bed I then went up the the said
Elizabeth Giggs< no role > and reasoned with her and
told what a folly it was to dury the Tract, and
she then acknowledged that the now had delivered
in the right of a Still born Child and that it
was in the Water listen

being sworn deposith as follows, to Wit,
That I constantly Slept in the same Room
where the said Elizabeth Giggs< no role > Slept,
That on Wednesday Night last slept in
the same Room with the said Elizabeth

General, but I awake way early, in the
Morning (about half part two o'Clock to
[..] and heard an uncomman Noise
and the said Elizabeth Giggs< no role > told one in was
her Bowelts that on ade the Noise awing
to her having not been able to cat any
thing for two days last past to Hold her to will [..] I then went
to Sleep again and I know nothing more
than that I was present when a young
Child was taken out of the Water listern
the next day (Namely Thursday) in the
afternoon
