times from one o'Clock in the Morning

that a little after thus in the afternoon
third the sd. Woman called Mr. Jones
his refused Wife run [..] into the
Court and cryd out a Lord my Husband
in lunging and mymyHusband desired
me to taken a Knife and cut him drum
upon which I laid hold of a Knife
as he was hanging by d Lord fead to as Staple in the Cycling
with that inbutbut I was so terrifield
that I could not do it and as Iron down
Stairs into the Court I met Mr. [..]
who went up Stairs was cut him doing
when he appeared to her quite motion-
less and dead and Mr. Sisson an
Apothecary was sent for who came
immediately and apen'd a Vein but no
blood issued and he declared him to he
past necessary That of late and on Sunday
last in particular he was spirited & appeared
Melancholly.
