taken this 12th Augt. 1799 in the
Parish of St. Margaret Westminster
at the House of John Maloy< no role > the
Sign of the Pine Apple in William
Street near James Street Westmr.
before Anthony Gell< no role > Coroner
for the said City and Liberty
touching the Death of William
Skynner
< no role > then and there lying
dead as follow to Wit.

John Triphook< no role > of No. 8 Palace Street Pimlico
being sworn deposeth as follow to Wit
The deceased has lodged within about three
years and an half and was a Captain of
Mariner upon half pay, that he been
ill for two Months last past and for the
last Fortnight has been very ill of a nervous
Fever and was in a very law melancholly
way, and on last Saturday Night he took
to his Bed and had a bad Fever and continued
in his Bed tillThursdayWednesday last when his Friend
a Medical Person took him out of Town
and he returned with him on Saturday morning
last
