taken this 17th. day of June 1799
in the Parish of St. Margt . at the
House of Henry Stiles< no role > the Sign of
the Kings Arms Little George Street
by Anthy Gell< no role > Coroner touching the
death of Thomas Thrill< no role > then and
there lying dead

William Kingsbury< no role > a Private in the 79th. Regiment
of Foot [..] being sworn deposeth that he lodges at
James Brown< no role > 's a Victualler the Sign of the Bunch of
Grapes in the Little Sanctuary Westminster , That the
deceased had lodged there for a few days last part
and had inlisted himself in the Fencible Regiment
on the 12th. of June Inst. and aged 36 Years appeared to be very dull
and melancholly and more particularly so [..]
fran the time that a Master Shoemaker called upon
him at the above house about Thursday last the 13th.
Instant and complained frequently of a Pain in his
Stomach, That Yesterday morning the 16th. Inst. between
11 and 12 as this Deponent was going up Stairs he
observed the deceased lying upon the Floor his Bed room with his
and made no Aanswer when they [..] to him
Face downwards and upon examing him he perceived much
blood on the Floor, upon which being terrified he ran
down Stairs into Mr. Brown's Room and told him that the
deceased was either dead or dying as he was speechless and
much reeking blood about him on the Floor, who
immediately
