Sarah Wilkie< no role > the Wife of Thomas Wilkie< no role > aferer of
Dean Street and Orchard street Westminster being
sworn deposeth as follows to Wit, that about
eleven o' Clock on Wednesday Evening last
Robert Wilkie< no role > came to our house and abard
my Husband and me very much upon
which my Husband [..] foot hold of him by the
Collar and pulled him wit of the House
and they both fell down the Stepe together
mild the Street and now a Watchman stand
then and being terrified I Shut to the Door and
locked and bolted it and the I heard a confused
Noise of divers Persons but could not under
Stand what they said

Street Westmr . being sworn deposeth as follows
to wit, That before her five and six o' Clock Thursday Morning last the
twenty there Instant [..]
I observed the deceased had a black Eye and
I asked him here he came by it and he told me
that Robert Wilkie< no role > had been beating him in
the proceeding Night, that as the was going his
rounds he heard the by of Murder in Perkins
Rents upon which he went to the house there
and saw the said Robert Wilkie< no role > beating his
own Mother and he said don't beet your
Mother for God's Lake upon which Wilkie turned
round and struck the deceased on his Eye which
made him reel against the Wall and before
he could recover himself he struck him
again which strenned him and when he recover
red walkie was gone that the Mother then
desired him to go taken son Thomas Wilkie< no role > in
Dean Street and to tell him to come to her and
when the desired got near the house he saw the
said Robt. Wilkie breaking the Window Shaffers
belonging sd Thomas Wilkie< no role > 's home and upon the
Deceased going up to him the said Robert Wilkie< no role >
