this 19th. Febry 1798 in the Parish of
St. John the Evangelist Westmr. at
the House of John Collett< no role > the Liquor
house the Red [..] on Mill Bank before
Anthony Gell< no role > his Majesty's Coroner
Jury City & liberty touching a Death
of John Martin< no role > then & there lying
dead as follow

Daniel Wilson< no role > a Sawyer [..] of White Thomas
Burk Wharf
< no role > being sworn deposeth that about
six o'Clock Yesterday Morning a Young Man who
had been stowing some Timber between the Roe Buch
and Messrs. Campbell & White's Finter Yard came
and informed this Deponent that he had found a Man
in the Grand next the Necessary who he had reason
to believe was dead whereupon this deponent went
with the Young Man to the Place when upon
& they imagine he fall down from the [..]
Examining him they found he was quite dead
and thus saith the Assistance of another Person
conveyed him from there to the Public House
called the Roe Buck and found by Books which he
had in his Pocket that he belonged to Mr. [..]
Dis [..] House which is not for from the Rae
Back and had in his Pocket & about him [..] Gold & Silver
in Copper [..]
a Tobaccs Box a Dark Lenthorn and Silan Watch which
this Deponent deposited her in performer of the Jury
