three and four o, Clock in the afternoon
the Deponent heard a Great Noise up
Stairs and upon his giving up he saw the
deceased in the [..] of a Strange Woman
upon between the first and second Landing

Stairs to the said John Portsmouth< no role >
to facily him for that he had pushed her
down Stairs and had cut her Eye Brow
with a Pewter Pot saying see have he
has served me, whereupon he went up
to the said John Deposeth who told him
that the deceased had used him very ill at
drives times and that he had turned her
out of the Room for that she had received

her death which happened on Friday last
