this 13 Decr. 1797 at the Dwelling
House of Edward Plank< no role > the Sign of the Ship in
Swallow Street parish of St. George Hanover Square on
View of the Body of Mary Pearson< no role > then & there
lying dead.
Sarah Atherington< no role > No 1 Corner of Princes St. Hanr.
being sworn, saith she has lived with the deced
in said House above 12 monthssaith
she has been very for some time past
& has frequently fainted away unless
she has been in trouble she was
given greatly to drinking & would
sometimes drink 3 pints in two
days on Sunday last she [..] bot.
her a pint & 1/2 of brandey which
she drank before she went to bed
on Monday night last as also
1 pint of Brandy Gin she cried all day
of Monday & Monday Night this
Dept. went to bed abt. ¼ past 11
O' Clock & left the Deced poorpretty
wellthis Dept. got up at 10 O'Clock
Yesterday Morning & lighted the fire
