Minutes after she was brought into the Infimary
Saml Mortlock< no role >

Charlotte Bowler< no role > No. 56 in Orchard Street Westmr
being sworn deposeth that abot half past 9 this
morning as the deceased was coming from Mr
Taylor's a Grocer inthe Broad Great Chapel
Street Westmr. her Foot slipped off the Kerb
Stone just at the time as a Carter belonging
to Mr. Corney [..] a Scavenger was driving
a Cart loaded with Dust along the Street there
towards Sturton Ground and this deponent saw the Cartwheel go over
the Child and this Deponent saw a Person pick
her up at which time she was speechless &
they brought her directly to the Westminster
Infirmary where she very soon expired.

Christopher Johnson< no role > Carter to Mr. Corney being
sworn deposeth that as he was driving his Cart
loaded with Dust from Great Chapel Street towards
Sturton

Ground just as he was turning the Corner there
he heard a Boy hollow out and upon looking
back he saw his Cart Wheel just going over
the deceased and he stopped his Horse as soon as he
possibly when the Wheel had passed quite over her
Body and a Young Man took her up and
carried her to the Westminster Infirmary .
