which he died about 4 o'Clock the
next Morning. The Wife said he
had that Night drank a great
deal of raw Brandy that Night
the fracture of the Scull in his
opinion was certainly the cause of
his Death.

saith that he had drank a good deal
of Liquor - the thinks he was overcome
with it - she saw him at 1/2 past 11
o'Clock on Sunday Eveng last the
19 Inst. he took a Candle & was going out of the Bar
to bed by himself - this Dept was in
her Bed room. upon her hearing

a horse she ran to the Stairs he lay
at the foot of the Stair - he spoke
to him but he made no Reply he
was taken to the room where he
now his his head was rubbed
with Brandy only and no person
was called in as it was not
apprehended necessary - he continued
in a senseless state till 4 o'Clock on
Tuesday Morning when he died
