was quite motionless and dead and this deponent
was informed that He had been riding a Horse in Hyde
Park
and that whilst he was on a gentle Trott
the Horse stumbled and rolled over him and that when
he was taken up from off the Ground he never spoke
and was apparently dead, and this Deponent further
sayeth that upon examining the Body he and
others of the Faculty observed that Blood issued from
his Month and Ears and from those Symptoms
[..] this Deponent is opinion that he received some
internal Bruises by the Horse rolling over him which were the immediate
Cause of this death.
