touching the Death of Richard

follow, to Wit

Elizth. Williams< no role > a Lodger in the House
of the deceased No. 35 King That John
being sworn deposeth that she has
lodged in the House of the deceased abot
six Months, that of late he has has
a very in General about 7 in the Morng
that as he was not up by ten this morng
this Deponent who had observed abot. half
past nine by looking thro' that Window in the
Yard into his room that he appeared to be in
bed
