Minutes afterwards he returned up
Stairs to his Masters Room Door which
he found shut and upon opening the
Door he saw the deceased lying on
his back upon the Bed and he went
up to the did side and to victed him
twiceby the Arm and called to him
to [..] and then and there much
blood about his head and [..] right hand upon his whereupon he
ran in acurately down thusand
to Mr. Mc. Dawell a Gentleman and
Friend of the Deceased who desired this
deponent to such immediately to
Mr. Rustal upon in Albeonarll
that who not being at home, he
then called upon [..] Mr Mose a
Surgeon in Prosuenct this who was
not at home his he called me
Mr [..] an Apothecary
in King Street who came immediately.
This Deponent this his from his appearg
to low skinted and very different to
what he used to be that he was gruitty
dejected and dernoyed in his mind for
near these five weeks last past.
