came home he was informed that the
deceased (whom he had known for same
time part) was waiting [..] in the
Counting trump to speake to him, and
what this Deponent went to him he
appeared then to be well, and this
Deponent complained to him of a
Letter which the deceased had sent
to him about a Horse who replied
that his head had been in such
a bad Stateat timesthat at times
he was hardly sensible of what
he did andthisif he had written
improperly to him he besides
[..] Pardon and then they inter'd
upon other Conversation and
sum after he complained of a
insolent pain in his head and in a
little while after he came insensible

and this Deponent sent for Mr.
Banford a Surgeon who together
with others of the time Profession
tried every means for his Recovery
best intolevent the desired Effect
as he expired as he was inform'd
between 4 & 5 that Evening
