his going out, who then ruined tolerably well
but mentioned that he did not wake till
half part 8 when he felt the paiN in
his head, and as he said he was going out
this deponent wished him a said morning.
that about 12 at noon this Depont
was sent forbyeto worn to the deceased
who was then at Mr. Mackay's and that
he was ill and when this Deponent got
there her found him insensible with an
incidentoppressionoppression upon the Brain &
was informed he had thrown off a great
Quantity of Fluid from his Stomach. Upon
Enquiry he was informed that the deceased had
learn a little time before agitated about
a Horse, this Deponent not for Dr. Poinard
who wish other Medical Gentleman tried
every means for his Recovery but
without Effect as he expiredabout
between 4 & 5 o'Clock the said Evening
and from the Circumstances of his
opinion

Opinion that he died of an Apoplexy
this Deponent was informed thatby the
Prisons
Timeily of the deceased found
the Body on Wednesday last to be
so offensive that to prevent any
Infection and fatal Consequences
it was necessary to him the Leader
Coffin solderll up, and that therefore
it would near be mighty improper
and attended with the waist dangerous
