in the Thirty fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord G E O R G E the Third,
by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain, France, and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith,

and Liberty, on View of the Body of John Robinson< no role >
then and there
lying dead
, upon the Oath of the several Jurors whose Names are here under written, and
Seals affixed, good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly chosen, who being then and
there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by
what Means the said John Robinson< no role >
came to his Death, do upon
their Oath say that the said John Robinson< no role >

) on
the twenty second day of April in the year aforesaid near the
new cross Turnpike
in the County aforesaid being drising a Chaise
with two Horses. It so happened that (by reason of being
intoxicated with Liquor) accidentally, casually, and by misfortune
he the said John Robinson< no role >
fell from off the Horse unto the
Ground by means whereof he the said John Robinson< no role >
on then
and there received diverse mortal Buises: Ofwhich said
Mortal Bruises he the said John Robinson< no role >
in the said
Parish of St. Martins in the Fields
, the same day, died
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
do say that the said John Robinson< no role >
(by reason of
Intoxication as aforesaid) in manner and by the means
aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune
came to his Death and not otherwise
IN WITNESS whereof, as well the said Coroner
as the said Jurors, have to this Inquisition
