this Deponant so much sometimes that she used
to lock her Chamber Door for fear of any bad
Accident or ill Consequiences from there That
about & Fortnight ago she was taken very ill
and when this Deponent went to her she said she
had but an hour to live and that when ever she
died it would be at the fall of the moon
and should die raving mad whenever she died
that on Saturday morning that she came about
to this Deponent who ledged in their next known
and wanted to known a Clock which this Depomt.
would not lands her as she was going unto a little
while whenever [..] and an for the House with this Deponent whom this Deponent Returned knocked at the Door
of the deceased [..] whem she looked into the Room
the deceased was very sick and reaching and her
husband was getting up this Deponent asked her
what was the matter and she said as well as she could
speek she was poisoned and some persons were in the
Room and giving her sweet oil and Mr. Robinson
an Apetheary was sent for who being ill in had
sent his assistant who tryed all means for her
recovery but without Effect as she died
between 6 & seven the same Evening

Mary Nixon< no role > a Lodger in No. 3 Chandler street being
sworn deposeth that the deceased her appeared to
her to have been delivers and deranyed in her
mind particularly for this Fortnight last part or three weeks
that on Saturday morning but about half part
of shelookcame to this Deponents Room don and
asked if her apron (which she had left the pre
-eeding ray) was dry, and as it was not she did [..]
come into her Room but went out of the house
and returned again seen after and about 11 this
Deponent went up stair and found the deceased
reaching and several Persons with her administring
to her Relief and this Deponent then staid and
assisted during the chief part of the day and newly
to the time of her decease Mary Nixon< no role > .

John Hewitt< no role > assistant to Mr. Robinson on
Apethecary in Duke street Grosvenor Square being
Sworn deponeth that between 9 and 10 o'Clock on
Saturday morning last Mr. Robinson was sent for
to go to the deceased but being confined at home from
an Accident this Deponent went to the deceased
and found her in an inflamed State and vomiting
very much which she continued to do, and the membranes
