this Eleventh day of Decr. 1794 in the
Parish of St. Martin the Fields at the house
of John Cuttle< no role > the Sign of the Nags
Head in [..] Castle Street ,
before Anthony Gell< no role > His Majesty's
Coroner for the sd City & Liberty
touching the death of Elizabeth Bishop< no role >
then and there lying dead, as follow as,
to wit.

Thos. Adcock< no role > Porter at St. Martin's Work house
being sworn deposeth and saith that between
six & seven o'Clock in the Evening Yesterday the
[..] instant the deceased to s [..] ah to some
of the [..] the Workhouse , where upon
this Deponent her come into the Work
house and took her Mr. Lemage and then
he returned to his Post at the Workhouse
door and room up [..] wards she returned from
Mr. Lemage and this Deponent but her out
at the Workhouse Door andthis [..] saw
her again till he saw her diad in the Hold in
St. Martin; Watch house When the deceased
