fell down. the Door immediately opened & two Girls
came in. This Dept. did not see any other person,
This Dept. believes himself to have been rather
intoxicated-by Liquor he thinks Walker was so likewise This. Dept. is sure that thos

St. Margt. Westmr. Watchman being Sworn
deposett & saith, that as he was crying the hour
of ½ part 10 o'Clock on Tuesday Night last
he was sent for to go to the Almoury, the
ment immediately into the House of Mrs. Tippins
in the Almoney & took Wm. Sanson< no role > a Soldier
into Custody. [..] the said Sanson told this Dept.
he would so [..] with him & shew [..] where
the man lived who had murdered the deced.
this Dept. took the sd. Wm. Sanson< no role > to the
Watch-house & there was joined by [..] [..] Bly [..] [..]
& James Turner< no role > two Constable. they then ment
together inth Sanson to the Admiralty Coffee
House - Sanson ment up Stairs inth Bly & Turner
& the Landlord they returned in abt. 10 Minutes
in the Man dressed in a Serjeants Jackson This
Dept. is Sure that org their coming downthan Sampson said that [..]
[..] Stairs Sanson Pointed to the said Man &
outs said that was the Man As they
nine conducting the Said Man to St. Margts.
Watchhouse this Dept. heard him say that.
he was very sorry force but he had done
& must suffer for it.

This Dept. heard Walter say at the Watchbure
that the Sword was under the Bed - head.

Thos. Berford Watkins Landlord if the Admirally
Coffee House being Sworn deposeth & saith
that Workers came to this Depts. House about
5 Minutes before 11 O'Clock on Tuesday Night last
& next immediately to bed - near 12 O'Clock sevl.
[..] came to this Dept. & asked if Walters was there
this Dept. with some of these persons ment up into the bed
room of walkers he was their [..] a sleep & took him away [..] in abt.
½ an hour two persons came & asked for the S [..]
of Walter he went up into his Bed room & brot down from thence his Sword & Belt this or Cut lass
