Mr Raban ofThe prs. Brown & Co
being sworn deposeth &Saith That he has been about
a Month last past a ltl to the above Company
on a such the deced was a partner that he
went out to Dinner onMondaylast the
deced returned home about 7 o'Clock the same
Eveng in an Hackney Coach paid him P & the
Coach was dismissed after some Coversation
will their [..] with this Dept. he went up
Stair, [..] after Le heard the Dischargd
of Spir [..] with Dept with Mattw Miller< no role >

the to the along Compy. being sworn saith
that he has his. with the above comps. as [..]
about 14 Months, that further last fortnight he was
paid very great Attent. to the Business-being
engaged much in the Business of an Evens which
is not unto may-this Dept. saith that the decd.
has always said very St. attent. who to then
Business-but durs the last fortnight the Dept.
standhas served that the deced certainly condact
himself & appeared different to what he had before
but more particularly so by his particular conduct of
Saturday last. this Dept. further said that
