Richard Atkinson< no role > of Jermyn Street Surgeon
being sworn deponth that between 4 and 5 o' Clock
Yesterday (the 14th Instt.) in the Afternoon he was
sent for to the house of the deceased and when
he arrived there he did not find any Symptons
of life in him, hawner for Justisfaction he
open'd a vier in his right Arm but no
blood issued forth, and therefore deconed un
necessary to try any further means for his
Necessary, this Deponent head from name proper
there Present that the deceased had not been
well and was attended by Dr. Warren.
This Deponent is fully clearly of Opinion they
he died of an Appoplexy
