Park place Knightsbridge touching the

Ann Wise< no role > No 5 Park place aforesaid
being sworn deposeth & saith that on Saturday
the 17th. Inst. hearing of the Accident she
wentup withof into the House in here the
Deced [..] lived in Park Place where she saw
the Deced must wounded greatly on
the back part of the Head, both hands
who wounded but the right arms [..] in
Particular was broken at this time
there were Surgeons who had been
Called in to the Assistance of the
deced this Dept. was engaged as Nurse
to Attend the decesd from the Monday
follow me and this Deponent Sark that
