25th. Novr. 1793 in the Parish of St. James
Westminster at the Dwelling house of Thos.
Shaswell
< no role > the Sign of the Thistle and Crown
in Rupert Street in the Liberty aforesaid
touching the Death of Samuel Vizard< no role >
then and there lying dead as follow.

Flemming French< no role > of Oxenden Street Surgeon being
Sworn deposeth and oayth that [..]
Thursday last about 12 at [..] Thursday last the 28th Instant the Deceased
who had the sain ye an preceding Evening been knocked down by the Pole
of a Coach in Coventry Street , belonging to a Person
unknown that the Deponents Parlour Mr. Stainger
had been sent for to him soon after the Resident
happen'd and bled him and dressed the Wound
which was a large lacerated one our the left ye upon the Temporal
bone, this deponent ordered him to the bled
on the Thursday again and on Saturday the Favor from the
Inflammaion ran so high he ordered him
to he bled a third time and to continue the
Cooking Medicines that above on Sunday
Morning the Delirious was to such a depu
that this Mr. Stinger ordered him to have a
