4 & 5 o'Clock Yesterday afternoon the 11th. instant
he was rent for by Mr Sunders to pick the Loach
of the Door of the deceased Room as he believes
he had not run him for 2 or 3 days, and as this
deponent said he run Kept pick Loch, he decried
him to force the door open which he did and found
the Kay with side and that the Door had been
batted within and upon [..] their entring the
Room they found the deceased on his bath upon
the bed and a pistol at his put on the Floor
and appeared to him but fried off that his heal
appeared to home by much Swelled and he appeared to home been dead
for Some time. That on Saturday last this Depont
hard the report of a gun or pistol but cannot
Say from where the report came.

that be came into profession of the house on the
17th. June last and found the [..] who agn
therein, that he appeared to him to be [..] a very quite man there She
always had a Candle to go to had by, that he saw
the deceared several times on Friday Evening last
the 8th. Instant but dis not recollect Speaking to
him, and does not recollect king him at onwards
until he was dead. That about 5 o'Clock on
Sunday Earning he fetched Mr. Robt. Child< no role >
and deined him to pick the Lock of the door of
the deceared as he had not sun him for tured or
three days, but as Mr. Child said he [..] had
any pick Locks his Depont desind him to force
after the door which he did and they found the
deced lying dead on his back on the bed with
a pistol on the ground at his fut
