Informations of Witnesses taken the first
day of August 1793 in the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square at the Dwelling house of Thos.
Daws
< no role > the Sign of the George in Davies Street [..]
before Anthy Gell< no role > his Majesty's Coroner further
City and Liberty aforesd. touching the death
of John Cooling< no role > then and then lying dead as
follows.

Murty Cooling< no role > of Gee's Court St. Mary le bone
(Futher to the deced) being Sworn Sepouth parish
that he was informed between 899 last Night
the 31st. July that this deced with another Baywen
in one of the Walnut Trees in Hyde Park abet
Six that Evening, that the other boy came
down out of the Tree and a poor as he was
derm he and anothr. boy cryed out that
old Jones (the Deputy Constable of the
Park) was Coming which terrified the
deceared to inch a degree that he fell im-
mediately out of the Tree upon the Ground
and was killed immediately on the Spot
by the fall.
