Mr. Jenkins went up Stairs and called several
times, and as he received no Answer he burst open
the Door, when he perceived the deceased lying
across the Bed with his head upon the Floor
quite dead and cold and this Deponent
verily believes that he must have been seized
with a Fit which was the cause of his death
be further alds the deceased had told him a
few days ago that he had fallen down
and burt his head a little as appeared by
a bruise on his Forehead but of no bad
Consequence.
