till after one o'Clock that this Deponent did not
me the declared after be parted with time on Monday
Evening the 8th. Enstt. abot. half part 8 o'Clock
and hand about half part 3 o'Clock on Tuesday
afternoon that the deceased had shot himself
in Hyde Park , That this Deponent inquired of
Mr. Morland (one of the Patners with [..] Benson
and Hammenley with [..] to the Deceased was a
Clerk whether then was any Deficiency in his
Accounts who informed him then was not and
this Deponent is of opinion that the deceased said denty [..]
very much depressed and dissor'd in his mind
hat for what reason he cannot tell as then
was no deficiency in his Accots. with the Bankers.

being sworn smith that about [..] two o'Clock in
the afternoon in Tuesday last the 9th. Instant [..]

En end the Apothecary to the Hospital [..] not for into
House Park to a Person who had shot himself, [..] when
they came up to the deceased he was lying in [..]
upon the Ground and that they conveyed link in a
Carriage to the Hospital and that they found the
Shot and penetrated the Brain whereupon they trap [..]
the Skull that the deceased remained insensible until
six of the Clock or Thursday

Thursday Evening the 11th. Instant and then expired

The Verdict That David Hurter< no role > was disordered
in his Mind and in a fit of Lunacy shot him
-self in Hyde Park in the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square on Tuesday the 9th. of
April 1793
