Everard Hume< no role > Surgeon in Leicester Fields being [..]
Saith, That he was sent for took on [..] and examine
the Body of the Deced Robert Banks Hodgkins< no role > on
which he accordingly did & upon Examination
[..] found alargestone in the Badder of the Deced
of uncommon Size and Weight that the pains
produced from which are in general so
executing that this Deponent has known
instances what it has absolutely insanity
their Deponent Says that the Cause of the
Death was produced by a Bullett passing
through his Mouth into his Head & lodged
in his Brain

of Delirium & out of his Mind did shoot himself
on the 11th. August 1792 at the parish of
St. James Westminster
