Informations of Witnesses taken this
12th. day of November 1792 at the
Dwelling House of Joseph Copes< no role >
known by the Sign of the White House
in Swallow Street in the Parish of St.
James Westminster on View of the
Body of Banks Hodgkinson then
and there lying dead .

Gehew Warren< no role > servant to the Deced Robert Banks Hodgkins< no role >
being Sworn Saith that he has lived in that Capacity for near
four year that for several years [..] past the Deced hashadbe
afflicted with a [..] Disease of Body, which this Deponent
has understood was a disorder in theBodyBlader, that the excrusiating
Pains caused by his Disorder has often in this Deponents
Opinion damaged his Mind for the time white the Excess
of the Pain lasted, That for the two last Months in
particular the Deced has been very greatly afflicted, & form
the Department of the Deced this Deponent is [..] of
Opinion that [..] mind has been at time disordered in
his Mind. [..] about five O'Clock on Sunday morning last
the 11 th Just he heard the Report of a Pistol where upon
he immediatly get up Smith his Fellow Servant went
into the Room of the Deced & found him apparently then
quite dead, also Pistol lying by his side with which
