Mr. Boddy Surgeon no. 33 south Moulton St .
being sworn saith, that on Saturday the 12th.
just.about one o'clock in the afternoon
he was sent for the Deced, where he
found him in an out house in the Yard
belonging to the House of the Decedworkdead
that on Examination he found that the
the Deced had completely devided the
Trachear (a windpipe) with a large
pointed knife by which means
he effectualy put an and to his
Existence.

the Deced being sworn saith, that
the Deced appeared when for the last
six weeks so have very ill & after
disadered but none patientaly the
last it two or three Day.he was very
melancholly & much deranged in his

mind & this Deponent is dearly of
Opinion that the Deced was nothad not
his proper senses that he did kill
himself, Mary Firth< no role > .

Verdict
That William [..] Cumbes< no role > was a
Lunatic & did cut his own
throat
