13th. day of October 1792 in the Parish of
Saint George Hanover Square at the
Dwelling House of William [..] Simon Summers< no role >
by the sign of the Globe in South
Moulton Street , before Anthony Gell< no role > ,
his Majesty's Coroner for the said City
& Liberty, touching the Death of William
Combes
< no role > then & there lying dead .

It Charles King< no role > Turner in the South Moulton Street
being sworn, saith, that Yesterday about one
o'clock a Daur in law of the Deced begged that
he would come to the House of the Deced they
he mother was out the as the same time
confirmed this Deponenthad been verythat the Deced
had been very melonchally for some
Days fact that his Dress. was scattered
[..] in defonent parts of the house & chat
a facttheyshe apprehendedsomehe had destroyed
himself [..] whereupon this Deponent
seaceked the house,& shortly found the
Deced in an out House in the yard belongs
to the House of the Deced, with his Throat.
